Salpa Pass Trek

This varied treks leads east from Lukla, over the Salpa Pass and into Tumlingtar. As you head eastward, you leave most of the tourists behind and roam through fascinating traditional villages. Sherpa tend livestock at higher altitudes about 2,000m. while Rais farm the fertile Valleys below. The lush forests abound in wildlife and birds species. From the Salpa Pass, there are sweeping Himalayan views. Over night at variety of charming local lodges which serve basic Sherpa and Rai food, and dip into local swimming hotels along sub-tropical riverbanks.

Remote Arun Valley Trek

No area of the Himalayas is more dramatically scenic or more ecologically and culturally diverse than the remote Arun Valley of Eastern Nepal.
